About KNK Nutrition

Hi there! I am so glad you’re here. My name is Kayla Kopp and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in Ohio. You know the saying, “Eat to Live, not Live to Eat?” Well I definitely live to eat. Food is fuel but it is also yummy and can be enjoyed. It’s called BALANCE! I have never told a single client that they cannot eat a certain food. If someone has ever told you that, take my advice and never go back.

After graduating from The Ohio State University and completing 1,200 hours of internships in various nutrition related fields, I am capable of helping you achieve your goals no matter how big or small. I have helped patients lose 10-100 lbs and I am also licensed to provide medical nutrition therapy services to cater to your specific needs.
